The deposit is presently in our Vault Facility in Madrid Spain, and you are please advise to send us copies of the Photo page of your international passport or driving license and documents backing your claim via email attachment for identification purpose only, this is part of our security measures to avoid releasing deposits to wrong beneficiaries.
The deposit release procedure and other requirements will be disclosed to you subsequently when your ID/documents are received and successfully verified.
