Provided a Ref Number to an official Beneficiary Settlement Letter for a Life Insurance Claim. Requested that he be contacted so as to provide $6.8 Million USD to a beneficiary of a deceased Canadian citizen who lived in the UK. Asked for a full name & address, occupation, phone/fax/email and the letter's Reference Number. Said the claim could be processed within 14 banking days.
Last sentence of the letter is "This letter was mailed out to you when I was in Canada for official meetings".
There were a number of grammar errors in the letter.
Return address on the envelope is:
P.O. Box 1000/ C.P. 1000
