This is the exact email I received a few minutes ago and it sounded too good to be true so I googled it - thank God for this website! I went back to try and find the listing on Craigslist and it was already gone.

Trying to sail Goldwing motorcycle. I got the same e-mail that was sent to other people. Only ad was run in birmingham craigslist.

2006 Goldwing 1800cl, Calimed to be shipping out to Afganistan with platoon on 9th of June and did not want bike to rot in back yard. Only 3300,price reduced, only 15,800 miles, no accidents, dents scratches in need of no repair. Bike add ran on Craigslist Metro Detroit. Scammer went as far as to say bike ready to be shipped by Amazon free of charge within three
days,5 days to ride and approve of motorcycle. If any complaints she would cover return shipping. Same add ran as was sent to Mike on the front page of your site, word for word.
