Scammer Information Kaths wanted to purchase a dining suite I had on gumtree , said she was offshore on the Kapo project NZ and could I give her my pay pal account number or BSB and Acc. Number so she could transfer the money .
Then once the money was in our account she would send a courier to pick up the goods.
My Husband thought it sounded dodgy as buying something you have not even eyeballed is a bit suss.

Which I did immediately. It took another 16hrs before a response which immediately sounded suspicious, asking for bank details and a long personal story.
After doing a bit of research found out it was a scam. No personal info was given out, apart from email address
