I want to make a reservation at your place for 4 persons coming to stay in your region for 2 weeks starting from 5th December till 20th December 2011. I will need to know your rates per / night for the 4 guests and i will need you to tabulate and let me know the total run-down cost for 14 nights period with tax and discounts in euro currency, so we can arrange for payment. If you do not have availability at the time we request, please let me know when you preferably have availability to accommodate 4 Adults.

On receiving a mail with alternative booking dates and prices, the following mail:

Hello
Thanks for your offer and effort so far. after my last meeting with the visitors, they decided to stay at your place for the requested period .
However, a Certified Bank Cheque of â‚¬ 5,000 was earlier made out by the Authorities who are sponsoring the guest who are visiting. The Cheque payment was meant to take care of their hosting services, car rental, and other necessary arrangements for all the 9 persons who were initially meant to embark on this journey together, but due to some circumstances the other 5 persons will not be part of the journey any more, so only 4 persons will now make the trip.

Since all the money meant for paying for their accommodation came in one cheque package, I will not be able to make a deposit separately, therefore i have been instructed to send you the Cheque, so when you receive the cheque payment, you are required to deduct the cost of your accommodation services and keep the balance of their money which has already been designated by the sponsors for other logistics arrangements for the guest. instructions shall be given to you on how to use the balance. I will need you to approve this and provide the following details:

1, YOUR FULL NAME (AS IT SHOULD APPEAR ON THE CHEQUE)
2, YOUR ADDRESS / POSTCODE and
3, YOUR CONTACT NUMBER.

Do you have car rental services? I will await your email with the details so that instructions can be given for the cheque payment to be posted to you as soon as possible.
