The scammer is trying to convince the potential victim with clever words to click on the firstname.lastname@example.org address and place an order for toner through them as the main toner supplier is out of toner. The scammer is probably the owner of the email@example.com account.
The scammer most likely likely phones up companies and ask them what printers they have and then send them these customized mails to match the printer/s the victim told them they have:
