Searching for holiday property aboard, came across lovely apartments at reasonable prices. Email the Best Rental Team, and received notification that the apartment selected was available during the peak season when we wish to rent. Responses were very quick from Frank Prinosil, Property Manager. Stating the amount we would need to pay to secure the booking - happened to be the full price but with a 20% discount if paid within 8 days for receiving the email. When requesting additional information, response were few and far between, so decided to call the number provided on the website, and was actually on hold for over 15 minutes. At that point I was starting to question the companies legitimacy. I decided to use the data provided on the website to check if it was still an active company with, Companies House here in the UK. I found it listed with the information provided matching what was on the website. They are known under PROPERTY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. I then decided to check the apartment address out on Google Maps, the location was provided on the website. I was directed to a location that looked completely different the pictures present on the website. Then I decided to enter in Frank Prinosil name into Google, where I found a number of notifications suggesting that this company was a spam. From people experiencing the same situation as myself. Thanks to the notifications, we have been lucky this time. To all looking to rent a property aboard.. stay clear of this company and Frank Prinosil! | |||||
