Follow Ups/Extra Information. Most recent is listed first.
I ordered Clean Health products and once I started taking them I developed severe diarrhea and stomach cramps. I have 9 bottles of their products because they sent me more then I had ordered. I called them to report the complaint and asked I was basically told by a very rude operator that "too bad there is nothing that will be done." She had no concern that their product is causing health problems and refused to discuss returning product. This is a terrible product and company!! Never order anything from them.

I ordered both Garcinia Cambogia and Safer Colon. The company instructed that both be taken together for best results. Although, I decided to take them separately just in case I experienced any side effects, so I'd know which one caused it. After taking the Garcinia Cambogia for approximately 4 days...I had a huge weight increase of 14 pounds. I then thought that it was possibly because I needed to take it with safer colon to help pass anything that may have clogged within my system; caused by the Garcinia Cambogia. So, I started taking the Safer Colon with it and one evening, my entire right side of my body got numb and I got very scared because, I thought that I was probably having a stroke...I jumped out of my bed and walked around until the numbness vanished. I immediately figured that it must had to have been caused by the Safer Colon or a combination of taking them both, because I have NEVER experienced a stroke before. After those two seemingly dangerous incidents, I stopped taking both.

To all those waiting on bottles of Garcinia Cambogia Formula - you DO NOT want them!!! They are dangerous, not verified and unregulated. My delivery arrived and they are not at all legitimate. 5 plain labelled bottles arrived without any official approval. There are no descriptions and no details of where the product is even been made! The ingredients aren't the correct balance either so no weight loss results will be achieved and dangerous side-effects could occur.

I cancelled my credit card through my bank straight away and was refunded the amount charged but the delivery arrived anyway. I was tempted to use the 'now free' pills but not after reading about them. I'm throwing them away, who would want to risk it? Package came from Belguim

I got part way through submitting an order via the Facebook link and thought better of it when it came to putting in my payment details.
They called me today and caught me in a moment of weakness and I agreed to purchase at a heavily discounted rate.
After she gave me the customer service number to call after 3 weeks to give them feedback I called the number from another phone while she was processing my order and it came up disconnected. I told her this and she apologised and gave me another number. This appeared to be a correct number so I accepted it and finalised my order.
After quoting me $126.95, I received my order confirmation email which quoted $149.50. I quickly jumped on to my internet banking to discover i'd been debited $150.72. Straight away I called the number only to discover this number is for a completely different Garcinia Cambogia company.
I then jumped online and discovered another customer care number on here which I called and (eventually) got through to their USA Auxillary Call Centre who agreed to process my refund but only for $131.95 because that's all my order stated on her end.
So I have now emailed their info@ email address to complain, threatened ACCC, Federal Police, Ombudsmen and anything else I could think of if they don't process my refund.
Now the whole thing is missing from my credit card summary altogether so I have called my bank to cancel the card immediately and hope that they can't re-process the sale in the meantime.
I should have gone with my gut instinct initially. DON'T TRUST CLEAN HEALTH NUTRITION!!!

I did not realize this was a scam until my daughter who has taken these tablets for a fortnight and she did some research as she feels bloated and had not loss any weight.I passed onto her as I could not take due to high blood pressure which it was not obvious in any advertising. I purchased through FACEBOOK and was directed through the Womens Health Fitness Magazine page. The order took weeks and several emails with no replies. I thought then I had lost my money over $200 but eventually arrived. My real concern what is in this product that people are consuming and the scammers are also scamming Customs because there declaration is incorrect by not putting the true value of enclosed items. BEWARE my order came from PO BOx 7034 1934EMC Brucargo Belgium. Label LTN10226060N1

I received my shipment today after 4 weeks...wasn't expecting to get it after reading reports. Ten minutes after I ordered it I realised they used the Women's Fitness name but the logo was different. The next day I read an article from women's fitness legit website saying that these guys were using their name. I don't think I'm going to use the product...don't want to put something in my body if it's part of a scam. Luckily it was only $100 from me. Lesson learned!

I purchased 3x safer colon and 1x garcinia Cambogia formula as advertised on Facebook. Took about 4 weeks and several emails to arrive but both products were very professional looking with safety seals and full product details on bottles. I have been taking 2 capsules of each every day. Noticed a slight decrease in appetite but even with healthy eating and daily exercise I have gained weight. Don't waste your money they don't do anything however your products will arrive if you give them time (not that they'll make any difference to your weight once they do arrive)

Very convincing reports on Facebook and online via Women's Health. Order shows that it has been shipped but no tracking info beyond a certain point. Have contacted my bank to put a stop to any further payments being taken after reading other reports of possible fraud. Email address does not work. Fails every time. The 1800764307 does work but be aware there is an initial delay that makes it appear that the call has been disconnected. Be persistent and push for answers and/or refunds and you do eventually get a response. If calls see,s to have dropped hang in there as that happened to me & they were still on the line. I was told my 2nd order could not be found (along with the 3rd that I didn't actually place!) I got quite firm and insistent and they suddenly found the details and sorted my problem.

Links through Facebook look legitimate, endorsed by Men's Fitness International.... With a Hugh Jackman testimonial, but they don't respond to any emails, or inquires through their website. The free call 1800764307 customer (don't) care number answers in a prerecorded American voice "Thank you for calling" and then just hangs up?
There is also another website what has international links www.chnproducts.com for purchasing supplements that looks legit but again they don't respond to any email or phone calls....!!!
Make sure your credit card has fraud protection or at least use PayPal to prevent this company from taking your money. So glad I didn't place any order with them. Definitely pays to check anything you see advertised online before you buy!!!

The two products were advertised via Women's Health on Facebook. It all looked legitimate and I ordered both products which had been discounted. The money was taken out and I received an email to say they had been shipped with tracking numbers. Three weeks and no product. When I looked up their site was horrified to read about the scam.I have contacted my bank who can only dispute it after 30 days.I have also cancelled my card.

This is a bait & switch thing they tell u you're buying 2 bottles & getting 1 free when in actuality they charge u for 3. I immediately googled & saw Clean Health Nutrition listed as a scam! I cancelled my order via ph & they claim it's done but ironically a confirmation # or email could not b sent. I called my credit card co. DO NOT ORDER VIA THIS LINK, the Dr Oz link is apparently being used 2 lure in customer & create confidence in what's being offered!!! Will stick w/ the juicing & exercise! Ironically, I just got an email confirming that a refund had been applied 2 my card from Clean Health Nutrition, after being told repeatedly "that was not possible". It must have been my threats 2 call the BBB prior 2 hanging up, want 2 keep the scam alive 4 other unsuspecting consumers! LOL... I will still watch for the charge & dispute per my credit card company, in case the email was a lie!!!
Considering others claim to have never received product or refunds.

I brought two packages from CleanHealthNutrition and I have been chasing them up for weeks for deliver. They say it is on landmark shipment but the tracking numbers don't exist on landmarks tracking system. I contacted CleanHealthNutrition and they said to take it up with the shipping company and they couldn't chase it up for you. This seemed so genuine and was through Facebook with links to websites, invoices, tracking numbers, email responses from the CleanHealthNutrition team. Yet still no products and they refuse to chase up my order for me. Now that I have read all the other reports on this being a scam I fear I have really had a number pulled on me. This is disgusting that this is going on and I am outraged.
