Before I had found this site we found out that someone was evicted from the place just a few days ago, and upon further search found he was hiding behind someone else\'s name and that the house was over $1000 for rent but not on the market as of now. He took the name of an owner from 2009, not sure if they are still the owner or not, but they defiantly are not this guy. He didnt just want us to send through moneygram.. he wanted us to send it to his \"personal assistant\" guy benson, of 899 obetz rd Columbus Ohio 43270. There was a key lock on the door like most homes for sale, he insisted that we didn\'t worry about that but to send money as soon as we could cause he \"didn\'t want to lose another renter\" I confronted him, he played it off as someone hacked his email. So I sent him text messages showing all the info, he refuses to answer. This was his first email: Good Morning, How are you doing? I really hope i am not getting back to you very late about the house you want to rent, I had to leave Goodyear, AZ in a hurry due to my recent promotion and it involves me working in different states. My family and i just moved from Goodyear, AZ. We intend selling the house if we find a Tenant that would be ready for a lease to own after a year in the house, if not, then we will continue with normal rentals. We have made the monthly rent significantly low and affordable as good faith for my happiness for my recent promotion. If you want more photos of the House, let us know.
