She wanted to buy the car, needed info on log books and service history, and final price. Wanted info sent to her email address ( elpacey@yahoo.com.au ) The ph # used was +61 428 465117. When I got home from work, I check my emails and found 1 from James Laughton explaining he worked on the West Aquarius submersible, so had to do direct bank transfer, or pay pal account. This was supposedly to be a gift for his son in Darwin on graduation from university. He said he was pricing shipping the car and enquired about car history and why I was selling. The email grammar suggested English is a second language for this person. I thought it sus to buy car unseen, so checked here. Same MO, same names etc. |
