| Vic Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 2013-07-23 08:30:25 Rental Scam Other Classifieds Site | +1 Paul Trestovo - Gim Vecu On February 26th 2013, we sent an email to STAYZ to book a holiday house, \"RIO BELLA VISTA\"Queensland for 24th April 2014 to 4th May 2014. A reply email came back to say our email had been forwarded to the owners of the property mentioned and they will be in touch with us with further information and details SIGNED NICK/STAYZ.
Within the next hour we received a reply by email from Paul Trestovo/Gim vecu offering us a good deal for our family of 11, 6 Adults 5 Children. The deal consisted of 25% off if we paid within 5 days, with free pick up from airport, daily cleaning of the house all totalling $2997 to be paid into Gim Vecu account in Barclay UK. Once we agreed to this the details of his bank account was forwarded to us with the appropriate paper work detailing all persons over the age of 14 to be included on the list. We accepted this and proceeded to follow through with his instructions.
The paperwork included STAYZ letter head and booking number 41838 which all looked above board. When we hadn\'t heard back once forms and money had been transferred we decided to contact STAYZ and they confirmed they had no record of us paying any money or booking this property. |
