Same amount for $1,750,233.99 by the same people (DAP). Notice different DAP address on top and bottom of form. Also, notice no contact phone number. However, they sent me a self addressed envelope with the 934 UNIVERSITY address in Florida(no PO BOX ). Clearly fraudelent and across state lines (I live in Indiana). That's a federal crime. Where,s the FBI? This is an easy case.

934 N University Dr #332, Coral Springs, FL 33071.
This "offer" looks like they are telling you that you have won a claim to $1,750,233.99; however, if you read ALL the print, it is just an offer for you to subscribe to some data report at a required fee of $20. Looks to me like another scam.
Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
