I want you to get back to me on how you will be taking care of the place or perhaps the experience you have in your current place of living. I want you to note, all utilities are included in the rent. So far, we have seen couple of interested families but, i shall rent to the best tenant according to my choice. This low life offers low cost rent that includes lights, water, and gas utilities. The homes ARE NOT his. He'll give story of how he had to leave town in a hurry because of a promotion. I found this scammer on Craigslist!

I'm looking to rent a house in Eastern Washington and received almost identical responses on two different listings. Below you can see the emails from the two responders. I actually responded to the first one with questions about the unit but the "Sheets" person refused to answer question about how rent and deposit would be paid. I told them more than once that I was not comfortable sending money off to someone who wasn't local and they just kept saying, "We can't talk about money until you apply." At that point, I told them I knew it was a scam and quit emailing. He didn't attempt to contact again. Then today, I send an email to a listing on Zillow and receive the second email. I couldn't believe that it was a copy of the first email I got. It's as if they have a blank template that they just fill in with details. I did attempt to contact that US AID website about how their organization is being used for scams but who knows how far that will go.
