Alex text me and told me he wanted to buy it for his Father in near by Idaho.
He told me he was and Oceanographer and overseas on a specail assignment.
He told me that my price was good and he wanted to move on this as fast as possiable.
He wanted more details on the Van and service records.
He said the safest way to do a transaction with with PayPal. If I did not have an account then to go and create on. He would then place funds on hold into my account.
He would then have a transport come to get the Van after an inspection.
If all checked out then the funds would be release as all Doc. were given to his transporter.
I called the phone number in ILL. and of course it said \"Calls can not be taken by this number\"
Scam for sure. I also saw other posting on thing with the same M.O.

Hello Craig,
Thanks for your response. I am interested in the immediate purchase. I will take it for the price you\'ve mentioned and I will gladly cover PayPal charges from my end.
I can only make the payment via paypal because it\'s very safe and secure for both of us. In case you don\'t have a paypal account I\'ll advice you to register for one at paypal.com. I have a private pick-up agent that will contact you in-order to handle the pick-up at any location of your choice once the payment is completed.
Question: I\'ll like you to tell me more about the present mechanical condition, how often do you service it, mechanical history, have you ever experience any mechanical problem with it before and why are you selling it?
Look forward to reading from you at your earliest convenience.
Best Regards,
Alex.

Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
