Nigerian/419 Scam
Gumtree |  +1 Lisa Patrick (NZCOG) gumtree car for sale Listed a car for sale on gumtree.com.au and they offered to buy it. Because they worked offshore they required an agent to pick it up and freight it to Darwin (I live in Adelaide). They then asked for an upfront payment of $1000 to Western Union because the funds had to be confirmed before a booking would be made. Was then assured that the agreed sum plus the extra $1000 would be transferred to me. Details of transfer asked: SHUOJIA ZHANG, 5 ding fu jia , Beijing, China. Also received an email from \"Paypal\" who assured me the funds were being held until I payed the transfer fee. This is despite me stating previously that I don\'t use paypal. |

regarding car sale on gum tree
she sent me an sms form the above email, that she is interested in buying my car and asked me to contact her by email to the above email id.
when I replied to her email, she agreed to the price I have quoted and sent me an email to give my pay pal id or bank details to her so that she can transfer the money as she is offshore working on New Zealand Oil company and have no access to phone. it sounded a bit dodgy and i started googling her name and found different company names and she might have used some one else's photo
