I received the message below and felt suspicious. I called the City of Philadelphia District Attorney's office to see whether this person/email, Kendra Viner , was a staff member of their office. There was no one by that name who works there. That was the first verification of this scam. The previous tips here were my second clue. PHISHING SCAM ALL THE WAY.
"I am sending you this email on behalf of Mrs. Janet Brown and in regards to her last wish. She has decided to will her inheritance to you for Humanitarian work and your personal use. For more information you are to contact her attorney Nelson Powell on this email address: nelsonlawfirm@rogers.com
"Yours, Kendra Viner"

fund release proceedings beneficiary of a will for a jessica benoit. I am the beneficiary of her will to receive 10,000,000dollers.Of her husband Castillio,Oscar money that he left her.The letter stated she wanted to make a charity donation. The second email I received was from a lady by the name of Janet Brown.the address on the letter is 12 Pall Mall London SW1Y5LU United Kingdom Ref# GRSC/1000WZ87
The letter said for funds release there is a need for the procurement legalization of my documents,which I did not send of course!

Mrs. J. Brown wants to will her husbands money to me.
