As I told you in my first email, I recently got divorced. I also got a new job and moved to Des Moines IA in order to start over. I\'m in Des Moines IA but my presence won\'t be necessary because I prearranged the deal with PayPal. The car is in Des Moines at the shipping company, ready to be delivered. The deal includes free delivery and it will arrive at your address in 3 to 5 working days. You will have 5 days to test it and inspect the car prior to making any purchase and if by any reason you find something you don\'t like about it you can send it back at my expense. If you want to make this deal I need the following details from you: full name, address, and phone#.
Once I have your info I will forward them to PayPal to get things started. PayPal will contact you shortly after they have the details with all the information that you need to complete this
deal and you will also have proof that I am covered by them and a legitimate seller. Waiting for your email with the requested details.

Car for sale here is the correspondence: I've seen this same letter a few times with minor changes.
First please let me explain you the process of this sale and afterwards you can decide if you want to go with it or not.
As I told you in my first email, I recently got divorced. I got a new job and moved to Topeka KS for a new start. I'm in the city but my presence won't be necessary as I prearranged the deal with Escrow, using their Buyer Protection Program. The car is also in Topeka at the shipping yard, ready to be delivered. You benefit of free delivery, having it delivered at your address in less than 5 working days. After that you will have 5 days to test and inspect the car prior to make any purchase. If by any reason you find something you don't like about it, you can send it back on my cost. If you are interested in buying it I will need the following details from you: full name, address, and phone#.
Once I have your info I am going to forward it to Escrow to get things started. After that Escrow will contact you with all the instructions that you need in order to buy it. Waiting for your email with the requested details so we can move forward.
Regards

Recevied same type of email after inquring about a too good to be true deal. Even recevied photos. Of course photos were of a truck at a dealership so that was a dead give away from the get go.
Here is the email from person.

Total Scam. If something seems to good to be true, it usually is. I recently corresponded with a so called \"Adelle Evans\" concerning a 1970 chevy chevelle SS 454 ls6 (numbers matching) advertised on autotraderclassic.com. Pristine condition with a sale price of $17,300. A truly unimaginable steal for that chevelle model. I received almost identical template emails as the previous posters. I followed the scam all the way up to speaking with a \"most likely\" fraudulent paypal rep. The number I called was (402)622-9893. I looked up the paypal customer service support numbers, and of course they don\'t match up. Even if something seems legit - or doesn't, do your research.

Got the same response from the seller. I kind figured the deal was too good to be true. especially since they didnt answer my question instead they sent this email below.
I appreciate your interest in buying my car. The CONTINENTAL GT is in perfect shape, never been smoked in, without scratches nor dents, and it has never been involved in any kind of accidents. I legally own a clear title, free of any liens or loans, under my name. It has 19,897 miles, for sale at $27,115. The price is below the market as I recently divorced and I don't own a driver's license, therefore I don't need it, so I'm trying to sell it as soon as possible. If you have any other questions, or need more info, please feel free to ask.

Same as previous report. I received exact same wording. Beautiful restored classic car underpriced. Believe this to be a scam.
