Rental Scam
|  +1 Your Holidays Rentals (aka "Pro Luxury Holidays") They offered us a rental property in Truckee, CA but the details sounded way too good to be true. Offered us a 20% discount to make it super cheap for a luxury rental during hot dates in a peak season. Suspicious when they requested bank wire transfer and they\'re based in London, UK. Their web site says to like them on Facebook and Twitter but there\'s no reference on those sites at all to them.
Their name on web site and email was \"Your Holidays Rentals\" but the bank wire instructions gave a name of \"Pro Luxury Holidays\". Based on that name we found their scam reports on this site. Indeed they actually have at least two identical scam web sites:

they offered an apartment for rental in New York, very nice, well located and reasonable price . then they sent a contract to sign and a bank account in UK, which made us hesitate. when we ask they said that their company is a "worldwide rental company" and "payment must be made by bank transfer to our main company office in United Kingdom". Then we look for the company name on scam reports and we found it was all a big fraud.
