Fake/Counterfeit Goods
|  +1 Search for UGG boots on internet Found site by search for UGG boots. Appeared legit (said nothing about items being shipped from overseas (China). Asked for normal order info UNTIL but as soon as you enter payment info you get an \"error message\" stating \"we are sorry, errors occurred, but your order has been paid.\" There are no customer service numbers & no confirmation number. There is a supposed \"live chat\" feature that never was in service 10 separate times. Only avenue is email @ vipsupplygoods@gmail.com. Response from \"Angela\" at servicecenteronline3@gmail.com telling me \"don\'t worry, we got your order.\" I responded that I wanted to CANCEL the order and detailed I got the error msg & was not authorizing charges to my card. Rcvd email from Angela offering 80% refund. I said I was not authorizing any charge. Another email came offering 90% refund and stating order had been cancelled. My card was charged for the entire amount. The charge is to a company in China. This is a fraud and I hope no one else falls for it!! If you they do deliver an order, I think you can assume they are fake UGGs. |

I cannot even get back to the website that this email is for. I received my fake uggs, even after trying to cancel the order. I have filed a dispute with my cc company. They (angela) assured me they were authentic and were on their way. They were on their way but total fakes and not even good ones. I have tried for over a week to get an address in the US to return these and no address has been sent. They also assured me by email their company was located in the US. They just keep sending discounts to order again. NO information was even given to cc company when charge was made.
This company is BAD NEWS and I am sure breaking many US laws with this scam.
