I emailed to janicullen62@hotmail.com, as requested in the text as they said they were interested, straight away I felt they were off. They replied *Original Text* Thanks for mailing,i am very motivated to purchase item from you. There are few details i will like to know...What\'s the present condition, service detail, 1)Why are you selling ? 2)What\'s the present condition ? 3)Pictures available? I will be paying through PayPal because i have a verified account with PayPal,it safe and secure way to get paid online, fast and easy to use..Kindly get back to me your PayPal details(Holder name and email address) to make my money go straight through your PayPal account.. shipment will be handled by me, and also location where the item will be pick up so that i can forward it to my pick up agent.. Get back to me if my approval is granted...\' From the above text I knew 100% that this email was fake. Firstly because of the broken english, secondly the details they asked for (which I researched, the idea is they send you a fake paypal email verification and then hope you part with your goods when they come to pick up) however, also the want to buy a product they wouldnt be viewing personally??!!?? WHO DOES THAT?? if its not new or from known or trusted retailers?? Other give-aways were, they\'d originally acquired my details from gumtree were photos had been posted with the ad, but then asked me to send photos??!! They were never clear on what they were buying to begin with. I had posted the sale of a James Neligan guitar, however they originally text myself this, \"I am interested in your music and instruments\" Please be wary guys of the following Janice Cullen janicullen@hotmail.com telephone number +447035905593 telephone number +17473332512 or similar |
