Posted an item on Gumtree and he offered to buy it. Claimed he'd sent the money to Paypal, checked the account and nothing there. He then sent through a very obviously fake paypal email claiming that the money had been paid. There were grammatical mistakes in the email and when comoared to an authentic paypal email it was laughably fake. He then insisted that the money would be released once I mailed the item to him. I have used paypal many times and without a payment showing as pending in the account I won't send anything. He has since sent a threatening email saying that he has paid in full and will contact the police if I do not post the item. I once again checked my paypal account and there is no payment. I have also had to block his phone number as he was calling everyday.
Unfortunately I deleted his number and address but his email is vincered@yahoo.com
