Classified Ads Scam
|  +5 Untitled Classified Ads Scam , ref:1519 He responded with the same emails to 2 different classified ads of mine.
When i responded requesting several other term options- no response.
Allegedly from Alabama.

Thank you for the response according to the description, am okay with
the price and the condition pasted on cl. I am ready to make instant
purchase. My mode of payment would be in certified bank check and i
will arrange for a local pick up as soon as you get the check, because
that is the only convenient means for me and due to my work frame i
can not be able to get there and i promise everything will go
smoothly. I really wish to be there to check out the item but i don\'t
have chance cause am very busy person. Concerning the pick up, i will
arrange for it after you receive the payment and it clears... Pls get
back to me with below info so that i can proceed with the payment
immediately if you are selling to me.

This person responded to my Craigslist posting with the exact words he used in all of the cases listed here. Just wanted everyone to know that he is still out there.

DO NOT SELL ANYTHING TO THIS PERSON ON CRAIGSLIST... WHOEVER THEY ARE TRIED TO BUY MY TV BUT AS I TRIED TO CASH THE CHECK I WAS WARNED THAT THE TOWN NAME ON THE CHECK WAS SPELLED WRONG AND THE CHECK WAS A SCAM... IF I WAS TO HAVE CASHED THE CHECK AS CASH, AND THEY GAVE ME THE MONEY, I WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE MONEY LATER ON WHEN THE CHECK BOUNCED ... JUT DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO BE SCAMMED BY THIS PERSON.
