Martine Bech wanted to buy item from Marktplaats.nl without placing bid on the item. Promised to pay via PayPal but emailed that he could not pay the pickup fee because he was on a ship.
Instead he promises to pay additional money so that the seller can pay the pickup company via Western Union. Via email he "confirmed"payment to sellers PayPal but that payment was blocked untill seller pays the pickup fee for pickup and transportation. PayPal could not confirm that and advised not to communicate any further with Martin Bech.

Hello,
I have sent you the payment through PayPal. PayPal will have contacted you as well with the payment notification. If you could please send me the address from where I need to arrange the pick up that would be greatly appreciated.I will be using a company called Anchor Logistics.I have dealt with them many times and have had a positive experience each and every time. I have made an extra payment of 450 €. This is to be transferred to Anchor Logistics via Western Union. Once you have sent the money you will need to scan a copy of the receipt which you get from Western Union and forward it through to PayPal. The receipt should show clearly the senders name, the amount sent and the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). When PayPal confirms they have received the correct information then the outstanding amount that is owed to you will be transferred into your account. Just to clear up any confusion, the balance I have sent you has already left my account. PayPal has put the transaction on hold until the courier company get paid. The shipping agent will call you soon after to arrange the pick-up date and time which would be convenient for you.
Below you will find the details you need to send the excess amount to the shipping agent:
