He wish to remain a silent investor/partner for a period of TEN(10) years so that his first child can come of age and have what it takes to manage resources because he is already having health challenges at the moment.
If you are interested,get back to me with your workable business/project plan to enable us study it before we take further decision. As a realtor, I need your business and project plan for study as we will be happy to be making at least 5%-10% net profit at the end of every year. You can also specify the expected net profit you will be expecting from this investment if you can make the above stated % in a year.
Mostly Commercial real estate,Residential and shopping mails will be welcomed if you feel it is good but you can also make your own suggestions as it will be taking serious as well. The amount involved for the investment is $20,860.000.00. Your wealth of experience will be the major factor in the JV investment. I am already drafting the joint venture investment agreement that will be sent to you in due course for your perusal but will be very much happy to get your investment/project plan as soon as possible.

Email sent through Loopnet looking for JV partner in US real estate. They will actually send you a JV agreement which is of course too good to be true. Here is original Loopnet message:
