Gumtree |  +1 checked email Selling car on gumtree,told me they were working on new zealand gas rig and they were out to sea ,so had to pay by paypal and had organised a courier to pick up and deliver car to darwin once pay pal payment had cleared |

Ad put on Gumtree to sell caravan.
Scammer says they worked on rig off New Zealand. Being at sea, they couldn't use card - we were asked to pay via Pay Pal.
They had organised a courier (based in China) to collect van and deliver to Darwin once payment had been cleared. Wanted separate payment via Western Union for courier.
