Once obtaining certs for the GHC and LDE I was then asked to contact another person to obtain a United Trust Bank e-bank account. This we did the account is opened but there is very little information on the 3 pages that I can open. To activate the account they are requesting further funds of US$2000. But the funds have to go via Western Union. I have reported this to SCAMwatch Australia who have said yes is a scam.
