After this my husband sent his personal details and then received an email saying the bellow information: Thanks for contacting The Parcel Express Couriers \"World fastest Diplomatic Courier\".Our vetting system confirmed your ref. No 212014 and confirmed your parcel ready for delivery.Please read and fill delivery schedule form as to facilitate your delivery. and after this we contacted Mr. Roy to ask how were we able to make the payment to receive the prize, at what he asked us to send the form with all the details and he will send the details for the payment, and he sent the bellow information: Note: That the payment you are required of is to facilitate the courier delivery of your won funds to Your stated address in your country and also to cover for premium, insurance, vat, premium stamp, And courier delivery charges and these condition have to be satisfied to facilitate a safe delivery and This is the reason why we do not operate cash on delivery.
