I received a text message from this guy, asking about a second hand car I am selling. He was asking a few questions, but didn't seem to bother much about the answers I gave him. He then proposed to pay with PayPal and asked my PayPal account information.

Same approach, and the exact same reply templates. Phone number was Romanian.
Scam EmailNo paypal, your transport agent can pay in cash when he comes over to pick up the car.

1st message came by sms from # +447781484000.
