Dear Sir,

On behalf of my colleagues, I write to make an inquiry about the possibility of lodging in your facility for the period we will stay in your area; 5th April to 27th April 2013 (22 nights). We are four Engineers from Cardiff, Wales coming to attend an Engineering workshop programme for that specified period of 22 days. Kindly calculate the prices of your 2 double rooms or apartment that will sleep four persons. Please offer discounts on your prices.

I am writing to inquire if your accommodation facility will be available for 2 weeks for 4 guests from 21st of December 2013 to 4th of January 2014 (14 days). We are coming for Holidays in your area. We will need (2 double rooms or apartment that can sleep 4 adults), but if the options are not available we will appreciate any option from you that can accommodate us. 
In case there is no availability within these periods do not hesitate to get back to me with the free dates.
Kindly tabulate the rates of the rooms and the total cost in Euro. Please offer discounts on your prices.
