So I google his name and found this site. The almost identicle email was sent to someone else but they kept talking to him farther than me. I have seen it before that\'s all

They found me on ksl, asked if I still had my $39.00 item, offered to pay me $50.00 to hold it. I got instructions just like the ones mentioned above, asking meto remove my item and consider it sold said that their "assistant" was sending me a money order, then a few days later they said that they sent an over pmnt by mistake and asked me to send the balance back to them "western union" cjeck was from KY, was mailed from MA and the phone number is in WY. SCAM, BEWARE!

I also had this person respond to an ad I had placed on KSL.com for a sewing machine. Simply he asked if it was still available. I replied, by email that it was - then I got the exact same message as above. I did provide him with my mailing address - and agreed to take down my ad - if I received the payment and was able to cash the check by a certain deadline. I did receive a message explaining what to do with the check, and the check did arrive. The return address I looked up and it was a gas station in Elks Grove Village, Illinois. The check was from West Virginia University issued by Huntington National Bank. The amount was WAY over what I asked or what it would ever cost to ship my sewing machine. The person I was supposed to ship it to was in North Carolina. So I checked the routing number on the check and it was invalid.
