www.askvipocean.com sent me a promo email, offering a Nikon camera, and one months free membership for a €1 contribution towards P&P They took the €1 from my Cr.Card, but never sent the camera, and then billed me 3x 39.90 against my card, I have got an agreement from them to refund 1x€39.90, but they refuse to refund the other 2x€39.90, and no camera!
Follow Ups/Extra Information. Most recent is listed first.
they have taken 399 SEK from my visa account each month from 2011-09-19 starting with 6SEK first time. I noticed it yesterday-it says just card and I knew I hadn´t been shopping that day. I phone my bank and stopped my cards, phoned the police and reported. Now I have a mailcontact with Anna Winther and she writes that I have signed for a membership. I ask her to send details, she sent a day in sept. and I checked-no mails from me that day-in fact no mails at all. I insist give me details and she writes she can´t do that-totally understandable...I haven´t sent my account numbers of my VISA card. Warning is-check your account-we have two cards on this account, smart to take a small amount of money each month!

They debited my card £2.99 for a "free gift" a watch, the payment was for postage and packaging. I also recieved 14days free trial of the website.. which was appaling. I then cancelled my "subscription" checked their invoice system to ensure no money had been debited for anything else and then thought nothing of it. Checking my back account later I've found that they've debited £69.90. I've emailed them telling them I'd like a refund seeing as I cancelled according to their terms. Still no free gift either.. I doubt I'm going to get that or the money I spent on it!! Avoid this company like the plague.

They took £1 from my cr card in 'payment' for an ipod, which never came. 1 week later they stopped £34.95 from it - which no way had I given permission for - I emailed them and they said they would re-imburse me, which they did, but only after taking another £34.95! I emailed again, and they did exactly the same - so I'm still £34.95 down even though they have given me 2x£34.95 back!

They keep saying in emails saying my 'gift' has been shipped. It has never arrived and it is NOT a gift as I paid £2.99 for it. They have still point blank refused to refund the £69.90 they stole form my bank account. The bank (Lloyds) is supposed to be following up but haven't heard anything from them either. This is pure theft DO NOT be taken in by anything they say do not give them any credit card or debit card details. They are operating in various countries - it is a scam of the highest order.

I filled in a survey and claimed a watch for £2.99 - they debited my account and I've never received the watch. Then they debited my account for £69.90 for it seems 'membership. of a very dubious site!! No way did I ever give them permission for that. I have emailed them and demanded it be refunded today. If I don't hear from them I will get the bank to declare it a fraudulent transaction. At least I will get my money back but some won't - I am SO angry about this!!

This company appear to have accessed Facebook now as I received a "I go mine" message from a friend regarding paying £1 to receive an iPod. The £1 has been taken from my account but no iPod received. Wouldn't normally get mugged like this but as company appeared recommended by a friend I thought this may not be a scam. Am now scared that more money will be taken from my account. BE WARNED EVERYONE!!
