I\'d been job searching so this email was no surprise, it was from Kevin Mayer, Director Human Resource Talent Management with Deloitte Search Group who was looking for a Trainer Development Specialist, he wanted to know if I was interested and I emailed him back and told him yes, but my email came back with a message failure, so I tried to contact him at the number on his email 703-361-4787 x718 but the line was busy, I thought this was very strange, but I received an email from him stating they were experiencing technical problems and rest assured he was getting my emails, I thought ok this explains the busy signal, in his email he stated I needed to schedule a phone interview, which I did, setting up the phone interview seemed so professional it was set up online w/ a drop down box and I received an email confirmation. I then received an email telling me I need to complete the application, reference form and assessment prior to out phone interview, I told him I would. I received about 2 other reminder emails telling me these items must be completed before our phone interview, I thought that was strange but brushed it off as just a friendly reminder. So I completed the application and reference form, but when I went to complete the review for the assessment it asked for $19.99 to purchase a book, I thought there has got to be a mistake, so I emailed him and his response seemed generic and it didn\'t answer my question about the fee that\'s when I knew my suspensions were right! This was a SCAM! He had me email my resume to hr@deloitte.com, the website is very professional looking, but rest assured it is a SCAM
