I am Francis, lawyer based in Togo. Personal attorney to Mr P.S.waqas, who was my client, until he died in a car accident. I want you to join forces with me in getting back the fund in the sum of $7.5 million left behind by my late client before his sudden death, I want to present you to the bank as the next of Kin so that this amount can be transferred to you since you have same last name with my Late client.
