We transferred 10,000 rs in Raja ICICI bank account- for recharge load on 9th aug 2014. But after several calls and msg we get 3000 back in recharge load after 3-4 days. Our 7000 is still pending. And great thing is that they blacklisted our calls and msg. As per discussion on monday 18th aug if services is not start they promised to refund my amount of 7000 in my ICICI account without any failure and excuse. But nothing happen on monday after so many calls he picked up phone and told me that they start services from 20th aug. Again they stopped receiving calls. After 50 calls they told that if we again call him he blacklist our number. Please help me from this fraud person.
