| +1 Like an ambulance chaser, Tony Baik peruses court websites for pending case info., which is how he found my case and called me. When he called offering to provide a service, he made me think he worked from a legitimate office affiliated with the courts. After obtaining my credit card number he added unauthorized charges, and neglected to perform any service or even communicate as needed. After I reversed credit card charges for no services performed, no contract, and no work product rendered Baik stacked the deck to further injure me and sue me in small claims court. He was awarded almost three times the original amount, and was paid, then he proceeded to harass, threaten me, and file another small claim against me for $5,000.00 accusing me of harassment and slander, but I didn’t contact him or slander him.
Lak Won Baik alias Tony Baik claims to own the illegitimate business, Rush Legal Services, Inc., a Corporation advertising "attorney services" filing small claims cases and performing service of process. The supposed business is not incorporated, registered, or licensed. Mr. Baik holding himself/Rush Legal out as a corporation, LLP, or proper business entity is against the law. Rush Legal is not a registered process server as is required by law, and Mr. Baik, via people working for him, is using false or incorrect registration numbers and forged signatures for the process servers he claims to hire or use. This is a misdemeanor.
BEWARE!!! of Small Claims Advocates, Inc. who's agent for process of service is Tony Lak Won Baik 1142 S. Diamond Bar Bl. Diamond Bar CA 91765.
FYI If you are a victim who needs to bring suit against Baik for his deplorable business practices and fraud, be advised that his corporate office address is a rented mail box at a UPS store, but since he advertises it as his corporate office address you can legally perform a substitution of service on the clerk at the store.

A corporation must provide a physical address of the agent for service of process. Not only Baik has not done that, but Rush Legal Services is not incorporated, and Baik is violating a number of Business and professions Codes and Corporations Codes, some of which are misdemeanors.
The "Rush Legal Services Corporate Office" address provided in the website, and on his court filings is only a rented mail box. Tony Lak Won Baik is the Agent for Service of Process of an ACTIVE corporation named Small Claims Advocates, Inc. for which the same rented box address is illegally provided.
Therefore it must be noted that the last known address for service of process of Tony Lak Won Baik and actual place of business is 13762 Evening Terrace Dr. Chino Hills, CA 91709 (a residence). This is public information provided by the LA County Clerk on a document, which was filed in April 2012, and expired April 2014.
Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
