File a motion to vacate the default judgment using form SC-135. You can access the form by copying this link to your address bar http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/sc135.pdf It's important to do this so Baik doesn't have a permanent judgment against you. If you are too late for that I think you can file a small claim against him for malicious prosecution. If you contact me you will have witnesses to verify that he has a pattern of gutter serving, etc.
Tony Lak Won Baik has many victims like you. I am one. I messaged you on Yelp. I hope you call me. We need to come together to stop him as the judges aren't listening to us as individuals and Baik has gotten away with hurting a lot of people. He is not a nice person at all. Lies to get your business, then ruins your case and obsesses himself with harassing, threatening, and frivolously suing people who refuse to be swindled.
He has been pursued through measures like those he threatens unsuspecting customers with. Apparently he is preoccupied by this ongoing chain of events and elects to harm the people good enough to trust him with their money and personal information. It's my opinion that this litigious scam operation was set up by an incompetent and spiteful individual for the main purpose of underhandedly tricking folks out of money he is too apathetic and unskilled to earn, then monetarily and maliciously traumatizing anyone who won't be swindled/disputes charges.
Tony Lak Won Baik and Rush Legal Services in Diamond Bar doesn't have a right to do business since it is falsely represented as a corporation, the business isn't registered to do service of process, and is not legally licensed. In this case the entity does not exist and has no legal right to sue.
