Same story as the others. He was very interested. Asked about the car history and spare key. Wanted to know my most recent asking price. Was willing to pay now over pay pal, but could not pickup because of his schedule. I emailed him back saying if he would meet me at my local police station with cash I would sell him the car.
Scam EmailThank you for getting back to me with the pics my questions are,
When was the last time you serviced it?
Do you have the extra key ?
Do you have extra tire?
How much is your last king price?
The reason why am asking all this is because I'm ready to proceed with the purchase, though i cant pay cash in person due to my schedule, but ill pay using my PayPal account, and ill pay the paypal transaction charges so you can get your expected amount. If you don't have a paypal account, its pretty easy to open one,Just log on to www.paypal.com and sign up, its safe and secured for online purchase, and I have a mover that will come for the pick up after you withdraw fund from paypal into your bank account and he will come with purchase agreement you need to sign & he will handle all the paper work for me. I look forward to hear from you with the details below.
Your full name as it is on your paypal account:
Phone number linked with your paypal account:
Email address linked with your paypal account:
Your last asking price:
I will process the payment as soon as you reply with answers to my question above and required details below.

Autotrader classic car scam. Received email from Zack Olden as described by all the others. Same email about being on holiday and car is for wife, she will love it. Not paying cash in person but wants to pay with paypal.
The email began with two questions: do you have extra keys? When was the last time it was serviced?
This happened today 7/1/2015 in Kansas City, Missouri!
I asked for name, address and phone number and also the name, address and phone number of the "mover" and stated that they could not "handle" the change of ownership! Then I googled the name and found all the scams; thank GOD I did! I emailed "Zack" again and said nevermind, I would not sell to a scammer and that I was reporting them the Autotrader and local law enforcement! I also told them that they should be ashamed of themselves and that GOD was watching!
Scam EmailAll I have is the name Zack Olden and the email address zackolden@gmail.com.

Same story, "Zack" sends a txt to the Autotrader ad number. He says he saw my ad on a friends phone, and asks me to reply with the ad URL. Then he emails me with a bullshit story about buying the car for his wife who just gave birth. Of course "Zack" is prepared to pay full price without seeing the car. Of course he is on "Holiday" (probably British), and can only pay with PayPal. Similar to other online scams, a "mover" will come by to pick up the car once the fraudulent PayPal payment has temporarily cleared. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Same as other people. He acted like he was interested, asked about the maint. history for my car, the spare keys, etc.. He offered full price, paying over pay pal. It seemed suspicious so I asked him to provide his full name, address, drivers license number and auto insurance information in order to prepare generic title docs before I would send him my information and he never responded. I figure that it was a SCAM and then I found this to site which further verified.
