Other Auction site |  +2 Nagel Auction fraud selling fake and copy item I have been victim of Nagel auction house . I bought the item from nagel few months before since i was online user i sign up with them using their online platform . i place a bid on my interested item . i won the item at 26600 euro\'s . After weeks when i receive the item here in uk . I found it was fake copy . I contacted the nagel auction house and discused the case they asked me for a authentic written report by an expert of ancient art i provided them the authentic report and send them along with the report . after a week they contacted me and refused to refund . I issued them many letters and legal notice but they did\'nt response to any of emails and letter\'s . They did\'nt refund even take item as well . I would like to aware the people from this auction house to please do not buy any item from them specially chinese and russian art many of them are fake/copy . |

I am reporting a true story of mine faced in 2011 . I did participated in nagel online auction
from California I won the item @ 7300 euro . I received the item after 47 days . when I opened I found the item was not the same as shown in the picture later I found it was copied item . Coming to conclusion I contact them ~~~~~~~~~~ just wasted my time and credit @ the end they refused to refund that's all . so be careful with nagel auction house in Germany Stuttgart complete fraud center 99 % of their items are fake copied by them selves .

I am also victim of the nagel auction fraud . I purchased chinese stoneware bowl in house at 12500 euro's when i brought it to usa . i knew it was fake i contact the auction for reporting of of fake item . They asked me for any proof or written report . I visited the expert and got the expert report on fake stoneware bowl . I sent them initially they assured me of refund but few days later they stopped responding to my emails finally i called their staff he refused to refund and was saying that in our terms of sale when are not responsible the written report is only to our expert knowledge to confirmed . Finally they said we are not refunding at any way we are just selling what ever it is . I am reporting this to all people to be aware of nagel auction fraud they are just selling fake items most of them are copy .
