Designation: Aerospace SAS Analyst Position Responsibilities: · applying the principles of science and technology to create aircraft, components and support equipment; · researching and developing design specifications; · undertaking systematic manufacturing, involving the assembly and modification of components; · supervising the assembly of airframes and the installation of engines, instruments and other equipment; · participating in flight test programmes to measure take-off distances, rate of climb, stall speeds, manoeuvrability and landing capacities; · resolving issues that arise during the design, development and testing processes; · maintaining aircraft for full operation including making regular inspections, maintenance and servicing; · measuring and improving the performance of aircraft, components and systems; · modifying designs to improve safety features or minimise fuel consumption and pollution; · developing repair procedures as well as working out and managing schedules for repair and maintenance; · investigating aircraft accidents; · collating information, interpreting data and publishing the results of specific projects in technical report form; · using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create designs and plans; · storing paperwork for approved data (drawings, technical instructions, assessments and calculations); · working with teams, suppliers, clients and managers to agree budgets, timescales and specifications; · project managing, including scheduling resources and staff and managing budgets; · communicating technical and regulatory advice to clients, teams, suppliers and other professionals within the aerospace industry and presenting data to groups and individuals. Automotive analyst: · Complete any and all operating repairs necessary for proper and continuous operation of all plants, machinery and engines. · Supervision of all mechanical operations along with any and all appurtenances connected to power plants, and any and all power-driven engines or units connected with and operating water, filtration, chorine plants, and garbage and sewage disposal plants. · Preparing and delivery of fuel from storage bins, yards, or reservoirs up to and into combustion chambers. · Act as a technical interface between Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers, internal development, manufacturing, and commercial staff. · Responsible for application and development engineering support in the growing Direct Injection (DI) business unit for high pressure fuel system components. Detailed development activities will include: design package studies, validation plan generation and data analysis, engineering stack-ups, leading design reviews with customers, manufacturing, and suppliers, and procurement of prototype hardware for testing and customer samples Product Development · Development of accurate molding, cutting and sewing operation methodologies with specifications encompassing sketches and/or detailed pictures in conjunction with written details. · Provide standardization in operational terminologies and techniques used to develop product specifications based upon the manufacturer’s requirements. · Verify the design of the parts and drawings created for various implants & instruments and provide rationale for the design changes by utilizing GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance), design & drafting standards. · Chair Weekly Meetings with Designers, Materials Services, Pattern Graders and Sample Makers and Molding to solve problems and focus attention onto the product details for continuity. · Also you have the review the testing & technical reports created for design verification and have to participate in creating new testing procedures and protocols. For Design Validation, you have to perform several complaint search, performance summaries & validation reports. · Assure that Product Cost Goals are achieved by establishing the lowest cost manufacturing methodology to achieve the best product that meets with standards of Quality and Product Costing throughout the development process. · Need to work with a cross-functional team involving Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Brand Management for the design reviews of various tools and instruments. Design Analyst: · Ability to design and independently manage time on project from concept through final design exercising independent judgment. · Review design package with PE staff. · Coordinate in-house project, and project engineering/design schedules. · Review designs and calculations prepared by other designers. · Conduct field verification/observation and able to lead project client meetings. · Management and training of more junior members of staff. · Provide technical supervision and direction of project team members. · Proficiency for drafting design documents, preparation of equipment specifications, and use of engineering calculation software. · Provide detail design for all utility routings, connections and equipment layout utilizing experience and client provided standards. · Development and creation of end-product drawings and specifications accurately defining requirements of design intent. General Requirements: · Candidate Need to work in SAS Environment along with Windows- Editor, Output , Log, project window · Import various type of data sets like Text files (.txt, .csv), Excel files (.xls) Etc. using SAS codes. · Creation of Permanent and temporary Datasets · Data manipulation with CONDITIONAL OPERATOR like WHERE , IF….ELSE…THEN, WHEN · Import data sets using the SAS Import Wizard. · Generating report with Proc print & proc report. · Identify and resolve programming logic errors. · Writing a SQL steps & creating Output Tables.
