This person contacted me on Car Daddy.com. Offering to pay full price of my vehicle as listed and additional $100 to take the ad off. This message is what made me weary and led me to this website. Thank you all for sharing your story because it has prevented me from interacting with this person any further.

Thanks for your swift response,I am from USA, And how i wish to come and view it but am out of town now, due to the nature of my work as a marine engineer and am busy working in Sydney right now, I have look it around and I'm satisfied with the condition and your final price. Don't worry about the pick up and the shipping, i will contact the shipping company in China who will come to your address to pick it up and deliver it to my ware house after i pay your money.I'll like you to send me your mobile phone number and address, so that i can contact the shipping company to figure it out in other to know the actual cost of the pick up and shipping from your home address and to schedule a suitable time for the pick up after i made the payment.

trying to sell our car, he first text message me asking to reply by email.. long spiel wanting to buy car for his ''BROTHER", had no access to phone although he was able to text my phone. he was wanting to pay me an extra $300. to take it off gumtree, he was also in negotiations with a courier company to transport it to his ''SON" in NT..so he couldn't even get that right..he also wanted my bank or paypal details.

I too was contacted by this guy, with the same story of buying it for his son. Since looking at this site and then asking him about it i haven't heard back. Be careful
