I found the ad for a 2bedroom condo at VA Beach for $200/night on Craiglist. There was no phone #. I emailed the address provided mmchturif@att.net. See the response below:


Hi,


Thank you for your interest in the listed property at 2113 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. There are 3 TV set available. The dates you requested are still available for your stay. The rate for 3 nights is $600 (include tax and cleaning fee) and $200 refundable security/ damage fee.

In order to confirm this reservation, half deposit of total rental rates for 3 nights ($300) plus $200 refundable security/ damage fee and a signed rental agreement are required. The balance of $300 will be due on arrival. The owner accepts Paypal, bank transfer and MoneyGram.

TOTAL REQUIRED RESERVATION DEPOSIT = $500

If you would like to proceed with a reservation, let me known as soon as possible.

I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS A SCAM UNTIL I RESEARCH THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT HE GAVE ME!!!! DON\'T FALL FOR IT!!!!!!!! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT IS!!!!
