Thanks for replying to my ad. I'm selling it because I'm serving in Offutt AFB, Nebraska but I was promoted and transferred to Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage Alaska for a 3 years period, so I don't need it anymore at this time. Let me give you a few details about it:
1997 Mastercraft ProStar 205, 414.6 hours on the boat overall. With 102 hours on new engine and approximately 50 hours on new transmission, no accident history, clear titles for both trailer and boat, no dents or dings and no scratches. Always adult driven and garaged on its trailer, never abused or raced. If you are interested, it's still available for sale and the price, as stated in the ad, is $3,000.
Following are some details and upgrades to the boat:
The wakeboard tower is custom fit to the boat and includes a navigation light and the GPS antenna.
The Sunbrella bimini top was custom ordered to match the factory original bow curtain. Both are in excellent shape and included.
I purchased a custom fit Sunbrella canvas cover in 2007 (shown in pictures). I still have and will include the original MasterCraft cover.
Water separating fuel filter installed with new engine.
Factory aluminum flame arrestor replaced with USCG certified, K&N marine stainless steel air filter.
Driveshaft has been repacked with GoreTex graphite material for very low friction and no leaks as the original flax was seeping.
Currently running the original 3 blade nibral OJ prop.
A 4 blade OJ nibral prop (with minor dings) and puller is included.
A Garmin 431S GPS and sonar unit is mounted on the dash and included. When skiing, we often use the dashboard screen to display speed.
Overall, the interior is very good.
A Clarion XMD head unit is in the dash with a wired remote at the stern. That is supported by a 5 channel Alpine amp and four Vifa coaxial speakers. I do not currently have a subwoofer hooked up to the amp.
The raw water pump impeller is a run-dry unit high performance elastomer unit manufactured by Globe.

As I've told you, at this moment I am in Offutt AFB, NE in a military base. I do a special training program each day and I am not allowed to get out of the unit or call whenever I want. The reason I'm selling this boat way below market value is because don't have time for negotiations and I need money before June 30th for my next house in Anchorage. The boat is already at our Offutt Air Force Base Library form Offutt AFB, NE crated and ready to go. Like I already said, the delivery process will be managed by me. I think I can have it there at your home address within 2-3 working days. It will come with a clear title and reg. I am a member of the Amazon buyer protection program and using this service you will get a 5 days testing period after delivery. During that 5 days testing period I will not be getting any money. Offering vehicles sold cheap because she is promoted in military and being sent to another base. Posted in Craigslist and use.com tried to say payment could be done on eBay buyer protection program. Called ebay they informed me that it was a lie. Also

I was looking at jeeps and the price was too good to be true. Emailed the person, then went to show someone the jeep and the original posting was gone, THEN, the guy/gal emails me with a URL which at first glance looks like a legitimate ebay link, but it's not. They use some free website hosting site to mimic eBay.
If the deal looks too good to be true, it's probably not true!

She is offering a chinook RV, 2000 for $3000. Says husband died. She lives in Nebraska now. Boo hoo. Send her email and to use eBay purchaser protection program. She will ship to you. Got her IP address, turned into to Feds.
Cannot copy article as craigslist was notified and took it down for removal. Similar to above.
Same scam ran in other states with initials n c
I did not send any money. eBay doesn't have a protection purchase program. No shipping and then if you don't like get refund.
