MY position in the Federal Government of the United States is analogous to the Minister of Finance in many other countries. ..... a man like me is not just an ordinary man whom will stoop so low a to be joking with an issue as serious as this,, I WAS SENT DOWN HERE TO AFRICA BY UNITED STATE PRESIDENT BARRACK OBAMA ,UNDER THE ORDER OF THE UNITED NATIONS.. i came down to Africa after a series of complaints from different people all over united states and some part of Africa, Asia,,, i was asked to come down here and find out what the problem actually is and why is it that the fund in which the united nations has disseminated for the emancipation of poverty in the entire west Africa and united states will be seized or stopped by some fake officials,,,, the reason why some of this fund comes from Africa majorly is because Africa has the more poverty population in the entire world. so most of this fund will be transferred to some beneficiary from Africa... as i came down here to see why your fund hasn't been delivered to you, i was meant to understand that some of the funds meant for Americans and some part of Asian,European and other part of the continents except Africa are been put aside by some of the greedy government officials in Benin republic... there plans is to divert some of these funds to themselves after a couple of months when you didn't contact at all,,,, so as i came down here to claim the fund for delivery in your regards,,they refused and insisted that the beneficiary will have to come down and make claims for themselves,,,, when i presented the united state release order from the president to them for the release of your fund to my name so i can deliver this fund to you,,,, they refused and insisted that you must come down and sign some documents and also present an attorney that will sign the release documents in your name...... i asked to sign these documents for you and pay whatever cost that might result in the process ,,, the chief judge of the Benin federal high court declined my request and asked me to go back and bring you along with me,,, they even insulted me and said that i don't have a say in there country..... so they gave me the documents to send to you so you will sign it and forward it back to my email for perusal and signing... and they insisted that you must send the cost of release order which is just $59 usd and it must come in your name, and they also insisted that you send the fee to there agent which they gave me his passport name Mr uche raph.. they did this because they suspected that i might get the fee in your name,,,, all this they are doing is to make sure that you don't cooperate with me so that they will find reasons to still keep your fund to themselves, which after one week from now,,, you don't make claims. they will seize and divert the entire fund to themselves,,, please my dear... i have come this far to go back just like that.... i really want you to give me a benefit of a doubt and send this only fee that they require please ,,,i promise you with the last drop of my blood, that i shall get this consignment box delivered to you immediately the documents is signed OK... YOUR TOTAL FUND IS IN TONE OF $8.400 000 UNITED STATE DOLLARS there plans is to see that you don't send the fee so that they will have every reasons to keep your fund for themselves... my dear,,, i know that you might have been disappointed in the past by different diplomats, delivery agent,, or bank officials.. but i swear to you from this day and with air that i breath, i will put a smile on your face.. im not asking for any thing from you at all... i would have paid for this fees if only they allowed me to, but i want you to trust me even if is the last thing that you will do... if i ever disappoint you,, let my journey back to united state be a disaster to me,,,let me not make it home alive... i cannot swear to you like this over some few dollars... im an honorable man and i have helped out so many people in the past both Asia and Europe.... i just helped out a man, Mr Ronald hightower from Hawaii just last two months through a dhl courier service,,, my dear please try and understand me so i can make this delivery a success OK....
