These people are completely moronic. They use Outlook & Hotmail for this BS. Those are dead giveaways that it's a scam. Anything from those 2 email sources are bogus.

Sends you an email with attachment stating that you have won Five HUndred Thousand United States Dollars and that you are to fill out personal information and email to a different email account. The letter also states that you didn't enter the contest that only they pull names about 5 of them annually.
