George and his friend Phillip from \"Paypal\" tried to extort money for shipping expenses associated with a vehicle he was wanting to purchase from me. They indicated the funds for the vehicle purchase had gone to paypal along with shipping expenses and where being held until the shipping expenses had been paid out this end. A phone call directly to Paypal confirmed this was a fraud. See below for details of some initial contact.
