I advertised room for rent and receive an SMS from Annie Josh asking if it's still available and that she worked on a ship as a chef and had little time to surf the internet. Wanted my address to calculate shipping cost of furniture from USA. Her first email is below.

Just advertised my room for rent and got a message on my phone via Gumtree, asking is your room still available and can I email to this address anniejosh0422@gmail.com
Got an email back as you can see below and thought no way this person is for real. Thought I will share with you as well as I've seen the other post. Same email add.

Thanks for responding so quickly, my name is Annie. I am 27 year old
non smoker lady coming to Australia. I work as chef on cruise ship at
the moment and i have limited time to surf the internet and also phone
calls is also strictly limited due to nature of my work. I will like
you to make the arrangement for the total cost covering my first three
months rent together with bond. I will also like you to get back to me
with your home address for me to forward it to my mover to calculate
the total cost of moving my little stuffs from USA to Australia. I
will be waiting to read back from you.
