He said he was trying to get rid of it because it brought back bad memories, it was for sale at $2,300. He said he would have it delivered to us at his expense, we could try it out for 5 days and if we wanted to keep, then he would get the money that had been wired to eBay Motors via an ebay invoice. We received eBay inv for trans#7565655232 with ebay customer service 877-749-3321 from ebay@buyers-protection-program.com. I went online to actual ebay website, was told by customer service that their transaction numbers had 12 digits and unless this seller could provide with ebay item # for listing, it was a scam. (The Key word that made me suspicious was WIRED MONEY, besides the car being so cheap) |

I'm guessing it's a group of people, because I was contacted by a lady trying to sell me a Harley. Same deal, she sent an email that was supposedly from ebay Motors, saying to wire transfer the money.

I e-mailed about a 2000 Winnebago Rialta 22QD. Here is his reply. I just e-mailed him again and decided to search on his e-mail address. I am glad that I did. Because I found this scam tip.
Hello,
My name is Bryan Foster, I'm emailing you regarding the 2000 Winnebago RIALTA 22QD that I have for sale. The RV is in perfect condition, with no need for additional repairs, no scratches, dings, special marks whatsoever. This RV has 2.8 VR6 ENGINE, 46,500 miles, white colour . I'm selling the RV because my 21's years old son died 2 months ago in a car accident. A drunk driver hit him and his fiancee. He was with his fiancee's car coming to our home at his little brother birthday. It was his RV and it brings me bad memories and that's the reason I want to sell it as soon as possible The price that I'm asking is $4,500.00
Just let me know if you are still interested and where are you located.
Thank you,
Bryan!

we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
