We received the registration form which have been sent now to the United Nations and it will be passed to the National Delivery Council (NDC),as it will be approved by the High court of justice, then immediately our delivery agent will immediately take off with your package of the TWO ATM MASTER CARD contain in sum of $6.9 usd to be delivery to you . But before we further proceed, you need to make REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FEES which will be tendered in the National Delivery Council (NDC) and the High Court. and with this Registration of the ATM Master Card is already Activated in your name which you can use it in any Atm Machine in any country you are. I am the only FEDEX DELIVERY AGENT to you now for your delivery and i will be coming to you in any country you are with in 24 hours. The delivery charges has already been paid by Mr.Dick Kramer,when he posited and registered the ATM cards for delivery to you.
