It is located in Lagos, Nigeria. His phone number is (872-212-6139). The phone number is a google voip chicago IL USA number. The main email he was using to scam me is city.sprint@deliveryman.com. His secondary email is clarkmcgarthy1@gmail.com. The third one is richygwalker@gmail.com. (Captain Richard Walker is the guy who dropped off Captain Clark McGarthy's military luggage at "City Sprint Delivery Services" in United Kingdom). He sent me his waybill so that I could keep track with the military luggage. The last time I talked to the scammer was on 10/3/2015. He called me and told me how upset he was after Channel 11 Houston TV station Consumer Advocate wrote him about them doing a story on him. He agreed to pay back my money in December but I don't think he meant it. I told him to pay me back right now. I filed reports with the the Houston police, FBI, and other fraud agencies on 8/29/2015.
