We booked and payed in advance for a vacation rental in London (Sep 2017) only to find out that it was not a rental apt and the company had no access to the apt or the right to sublet it. We where supposed to be met at the apt by Royal Holiday Apartment but where not and no one answering the phone number we had been given. We finally got a hold of a person living in the same building and found out that the apt on the Royal Holiday Apartment site was not for rent and the guy who actually lived in the apt had no idea how his apt with the actual picts of his flat (!) was listed as short term rental, or any rental at all. Having paid the rent in advance plus a security payment and with no one answering our calls or e-mails we realize that this company is a fraud. Be warned! Note. Sean Ledwidge was the one that signed the Agreement but Jamie Clarkson was the person we had contact with and the one confirming the booking and arranging with bank details aso. I am not so sure that any one of them actually exists.
